Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor had the love affair that defined and changed 20th century romance forever. Both married to others when they met, their two year affair affected the lives of ten adults and children, not to mention the international scandal it caused, before they married. For the next ten years they were hopelessly in love...each stating that they would die without the other. Well, maybe there was too much love and they suffocated each other with it. A divorce, remarriage and another divorce took place while each of their lives took each other to different parts of the globe. Never being able to be without each other, they were destined for a third reconciliation until Richard Burton suddenly died of a cerebral hemorrhage. Elizabeth collapsed.
